FAQ

How much do you charge?

We charge a flat rate of $150 per hour of performance time. We don't charge for setting up or breaking down our equipment. Events outside the Phoenix area may incur additional charges to cover travel. Payment in full is expected at the end of the performance.

Set Up It takes about 30 minutes to set up all of our equipment. We arrive at least an hour prior to the start time and do a sound check. We need access to a single, grounded electrical outlet.
Volume We have complete control of the volume at all times and are mindful of creating a pleasant environment where your guests can converse comfortably.
Attire Gary wears a black suit, tux shirt and tie to perform, while Carolyn wears a conservative evening dress.
Song Selection We will go over song selections with the hiring party and are able to accomodate special requests such as the bride and groom's first dance.
Deposit We require a $50 deposit to reserve your date.
Contract We require a signed contract to protect both parties.
Play Outside? Weather permitting we have no problem playing outdoors and have done so on many occasions.
